This work is part of the SR 520 Portage Bay Bridge and Roanoke Lid Project. Traffic: The eastbound SR 520 off-ramp to Montlake Boulevard in Seattle will close for construction nightly from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Sept. 21-24. All traffic from I-5 entering eastbound SR 520 during these hours will cross Lake Washington and pay the SR 520 Bridge Toll. Those who do not want to pay the toll or who need to access Montlake from I-5 must use alternate routes. The ramp will reopen at 6 a.m. each of the following mornings.
