This work is part of the SR 520 Portage Bay Bridge and Roanoke Lid Project. Traffic: Both directions of Boyer Avenue East between East Roanoke Street and Everett Avenue East will close for construction beginning at 10 p.m. until 6 a.m. nightly from Oct. 12-15.
