Traffic: To help with delivery of equipment and materials, parking alongside Fuhrman Ave. just north of the staging lot is restricted on weekdays from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. beginning June 15 until further notice. Please note: This area is heavily congested with multiple construction projects including the RapidRide J Line Project. Crews working for the Portage Bay Project are only using this lot as staging and are not closing streets on Eastlake Avenue or otherwise restricting access in this area beyond the staging lot and this section of parking.
