All traffic from I-5 entering eastbound SR 520 during these hours will pay the SR 520 Bridge Toll with this ramp closed. Traffic: Both directions of SR 520 between Montlake Boulevard and I-5 in Seattle will close for construction beginning at 9 p.m. on Saturday, April 25, until 9 a.m. on Sunday, April 26. During this time all westbound SR 520 traffic coming across Lake Washington will exit at either Montlake or Lake Washington Boulevards. Traffic from I-5 wanting to access eastbound SR 520 must use alternate routes. SR 520 and the SR 520 Trail remains open across Lake Washington. 24/7 Parking restrictions near Furhman Ave. for staging site April 1 – 30 Date: April 1, 2026 to at minimum April 30, 2026 Time: 24-hours a day, 7 days a week Impact type: Around-the-clockParking Restrictions Description: Contractor crews for the SR 520 Portage Bay Bridge and Roanoke Lid Project are using the staging site just south of Furhman Avenue and west of Eastlake Avenue for equipment deliveries and storage. Traffic: To help with delivery of equipment and materials, parking alongside Furhman Ave. just north of the staging lot is restricted 24-hours a day and 7 days a week through at least April 30. Please note: This area is heavily congested with multiple construction projects including the RapidRide J Line Project. Crews working for the Portage Bay Project are only using this lot as staging and are not closing streets on Eastlake Avenue or otherwise restricting access in this area beyond the staging lot and this section of parking.
