Traffic: The eastbound SR 520 off-ramp to Montlake Boulevard in Seattle will close for construction beginning at 10 p.m. until 6 a.m. nightly on Sept. 28-Oct. 1 and then again on Sunday, Oct. 11. During this time, all traffic from I-5 entering eastbound SR 520 will cross Lake Washington and pay the SR 520 Bridge Toll with this ramp closed. Those who do not want to pay the toll or who need to access Montlake from I-5 must use alternate routes.
