This work is part of the SR 520 Portage Bay Bridge and Roanoke Lid Project. Traffic: The eastbound SR 520 off-ramp to Montlake Boulevard will close for construction nightly beginning at 10 p.m. until 6 a.m. on Tuesday, August 11 and Wednesday, August 12. All traffic from I-5 entering eastbound SR 520 will pay the SR 520 Bridge Toll during the hours this ramp is closed. Those who do not want to pay the toll or who need to access Montlake from I-5 must use alternate routes. Closures Delmar Drive East between E.
