This work is part of the SR 520 Portage Bay Bridge and Roanoke Lid Project. Traffic: The eastbound SR 520 off-ramp to Montlake Boulevard will close for construction beginning at 10 p.m. until 6 a.m. nightly on Sept. 2 and 3. All traffic from I-5 that enters eastbound SR 520 during these hours will pay the SR 520 Bridge Toll.
