DESCRIPTION: A single eastbound lane on East Roanoke Street between Harvard Avenue East and 10th Avenue East will close for construction beginning at 8 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 15, until 6 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 16. Drivers will need to plan for delays if traveling through this area during these hours. For neighbors living nearby, you will hear noise from paving equipment and generators.
