Description: Crews will use this closure to continue installation of underground conduit for a future relocation of King County Metro Trolley wires from above ground to underground. This work is part of the SR 520 Portage Bay Bridge and Roanoke Lid Project.

Traffic: A single eastbound lane on East Roanoke Street between Harvard Avenue East and 10th Avenue East will close for construction at 8 p.m. until 6 a.m. nightly beginning Thursday, Dec. 11 through Sunday night, Dec. 14, and Tuesday, Dec. 16, and Wednesday, Dec. 17. The lane will reopen each of the following mornings. Drivers should plan for potential delays during these hours as they pass through the work zone. For those living nearby, you will hear noise from small excavators, paving equipment, a vacuum truck, generators and dump trucks.
