Traffic: The sidewalk on East Roanoke Street will be closed between East Louisa Street and East Hamlin Street from 7 a.m. on Monday, September 23 to 5 p.m. on Friday, September 27. Pedestrians and bicyclists will be detoured to the other side of the sidewalk.
