Description: Crews will use this closure to relocate several light poles between the westbound and eastbound ramps as part of the SR 520 Portage Bay Bridge and Roanoke Lid Project.

Traffic: The Montlake Blvd. on-ramp to westbound SR 520 will close for construction nightly from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 7 through the night of Thursday, Oct. 9. Traffic from Montlake Blvd. wanting to access I-5 via SR 520 will need to use alternate routes. Traffic already on westbound SR 520 prior to Montlake will still be able to access northbound I-5 and E. Roanoke St. on Oct. 7, but will be detoured to southbound I-5 or need to exit at Montlake Blvd. on the nights of Oct. 8 and 9 when the ramp to northbound I-5 and E. Roanoke St. is closed. See the Construction Corner entry for more details on that closure.
