Description: Crews will use the closure to install underground utilities in preparation for future relocation of the King County Metro trolley wires over the roadway to underground.

Traffic: East Roanoke Street between Harvard Avenue East and 10th Avenue East in Seattle will close for construction beginning at 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily on Saturday, Nov. 15, and Sunday, Nov. 16. Signed detour routes and uniformed police officers will be on site to guide traffic and pedestrians around the work area. Please be mindful of the local neighborhood streets and respect the posted signage.
