Description: Crews will use these lane reductions to install a utility trench on the east side of Boyer Avenue East for future relocation of overhead utilities to underground. This work is part of the SR 520 Portage Bay Bridge and Roanoke Lid Project.

Traffic: Boyer Avenue East between East Roanoke Street and Everett Avenue East will reduce to a single lane for both directions on weekdays from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. beginning Wednesday, Feb. 18 through at least Friday, May 1. In addition, there will be 24-hour parking restrictions through the work area as well as sidewalk closures with detours during active work hours. Flaggers will be on-site to guide drivers and pedestrians through the work area. Travelers should plan for potential delays and neighbors should expect to hear noise from increased truck traffic and construction equipment in the area.
