Traffic: Crews will alternate closing lanes on East Roanoke Street between 10th Avenue East and Harvard Avenue East from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. nightly on Jan. 5-8. The alternating lane closure will operate as follows: The westbound outside lane (right lane) on E. Roanoke St. from 1 a.m. until 6 a.m. All lanes will reopen by 6 a.m. each of the following mornings. Neighbors living nearby will hear noise from paving equipment and generators.
