Description: Crews will use this closure to install underground conduit for future relocation of King County Metro trolley wires from above the roadway to underground. This work is part of the SR 520 Portage Bay Bridge & Roanoke Lid Project. Nearby businesses on 10th Avenue will be open, but please confirm with each individual business their hours.

Traffic: 10th Avenue East between East Roanoke Street and East Miller Street will close for construction beginning at 7 a.m. until 10 p.m. on both Saturday, Nov. 22, and Sunday, Nov. 23. Signed detours will be in place and uniformed police officers will be on site to guide traffic and pedestrians around the closure. Please respect the posted signage and speed limits as you work your way through the closure.
