Description: Crews will use the closure to install a conduit along 10th Avenue East for future utility relocation work associated with the SR 520 Portage Bay Bridge and Roanoke Lid Project.

Traffic: 10th Avenue East between East Roanoke Street and East Miller Street will fully close for construction beginning at 11 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 22 until 5 a.m. Monday, Aug. 25. Drivers and people walking, biking or rolling in this area should plan for delays and follow the signed detour routes to get around the closure.
